everything else is fine by me :)

The towel and the toilet seat is quite dirty. Can spot a few stains on both of it. Also I think they maybe forgot to change the sheet under the bed, it has so many hairs and dust. When we dust off the mattress, the floor became very sandy and gritty.

Room is big n comfort, clean

No problem public transportation, easy to book ride to airport

Good location, convenient transport to airport, many foods outlet n good foods to enjoy

Bed sheets, towels, pillow case, pls change a new set... Horribly dirty with unremovable stain marks... How terrible to re-use such a dirty materials for customer. Bear in mind we are not Bangala or some 3rd world refugees....

The facilities is good and comfortable. Next time I will be coming.

Toilet flush need to upgrade and shower also. Keep maintanance before cust check in.

The room was great,with the mountain view..affordable price too and friendly staff..check in and check out process run smoothly

Good location, not a crowded area but there are restaurants & shops nearby which make it easy for travellers.

The odor at the hallway & the cleanliness can be improved

Everything is new. Some more its near the pasar. MY MOM LOVING IT! Smooth booking flow eventho im not around, the staff run the extra miles to get the booking done accordingly.

Strategic location considering eating place are in walking distance..

So hard to contact the hotel. Whatsapp them , only replied once. Then i try to call few times also no one answered. Luckily on the day of travelling, a male staff answered my call. Kudos to him..

1. It’s a new hotel so it’s very clean. 2. The location is good, near Inanam town. 3. One does not need to worry about foods as there are many restaurants located near the hotel. 4. The parking space although is limited but very safe and free. 5. Wi-fi was good.

1.Staff at the counter needs to improve on customer service - not all the staffs but I happened to encounter an unfriendly and cocky staff at the check-out counter (26 Feb, 2024 @ around 1500) – unwelcoming, unbothered (if guest stay or walk away), disrespectful in handling payment, asked rudely “Have you made the payment? Check your online payment again.", answering enquiries in a snobbish tone and insincere way (fake smile), squinting eyes 2.Walk- in rate is cheaper - Do make sure you are the first 30 guests to register at the counter to get the RM88 rate, I was told I was the 35th guests walked-in so missed the great deal. 3.Make booking online- The staff at the counter told me cockily the hotel encouraged guests to make booking online as the hotel short-staffed and barely could response to any bookings made through the hotel’s whatsapp number 011-16141288. It explained why my booking through this number was handled halfway.4.Drainage issue - A slow, sluggish drain in the bathroom shower

Good price n location. Is spacious n walking distance to the night market.

Front desk staff was rude n not friendly. Should be more courteous n helpful.

A small bathroom with the smell of cigarettes and TV show are not interesting

The rooms were clean, bed were comfortable, wash room was excellent
